Since the opening of Hong Kong, zombies have been infested. There is a secret organization hidden in the city that catches zombies - the Special Operations Team of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, or VCD for short. The street sweeper who sweeps the streets in the middle of the night is actually a zombie hunter. There are freshly collected zombies hidden in the huge trash can. The garbage room that others avoid...is exactly their secret base...
