Failan (2001)

After her mother passed away, Bai Lan (played by Cecilia Cheung) traveled across the ocean to Incheon, South Korea to join her uncle, whom she had never met before. But when she got there, she learned that her uncle had immigrated to Canada. She ran out of money, so she had no choice but to have a fake marriage with someone to obtain the right of residence.
