"The film tells the story of a series of interesting life events that happened after Uchida, a teacher full of interest in life, resolutely resigned from teaching at the university and devoted himself to writing at home. Uchida is so beloved by the students that they hold a birthday party for their teacher every year. Every year at the birthday party, students ask their teachers, "Are you ready?..."
