A Chinese Odyssey Part One - Pandora's Box (1995)

Sun Wukong (Stephen Chow) escorted Tang Sanzang (Luo Jiaying) to the West to obtain Buddhist scriptures. On the way, he conspired with the Bull Demon King to kill Tang Sanzang and stole the Moonlight Treasure Box. This move made Guanyin want to eradicate him. At Tang Sanzang's request, Sun Wukong was sentenced to death. Five hundred years later, he was reincarnated as a human being to atone for his sins.
