Elementary school students Norimichi (Yuta Yamazaki) and Yuka (Takayuki Tanda) and their companions argued over whether fireworks were flat or round when they rose. After no result, everyone became confused. In order to solve the confusion, they decided to take advantage of the summer fireworks festival.
